Among the hydrocolloid product group, Norevo dedicates a special attention to the natural hydrocolloids from vegetable origin: Gum Arabic (Acacia Gum), Acacia Fibre and Agar-Agar.

Norevo offers hydrocolloid products from care and technology:

  • QUICK GUM is the name of a Gum Arabic quality range developed and produced by Norevo. QUICK GUM means a purified Gum Arabic powder in various types to meet the exact requirements of the worldwide manufacturers of confectionery, functional foodstuffs, beverages as well as pharma and cosmetic applications.
  • Gum Arabic: the crude gum, named Gum Arabic or Acacia Gum, is a raw material offered in pieces and/or granules. A traditional ingredient for industrial users from the confectionery, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other technical sectors in which its binding, stabilizing, emulsifying, encapsulating, film-building and adhesive properties prove to be outstanding.
  • QUICK FIBRE is a functional, water soluble, prebiotic dietary fibre from GMO-free acacia origin. Low-calorie fibre in powder form produced by Norevo, it provides excellent dissolving properties, a neutral taste and polyvalent applications across a wide range of foodstuffs to fibre-enrich the recipes of cereal products, fruit and nut bars, snacks, beverages, dairy products, diet supplements, sport nutrition products.
  • Agar-Agar is a seaweed hydrocolloid with a naturally strong gelling or jellifying power. Norevo offers a range of Agars with different gel-strength levels that enable a manifold use in the food industry, e.g. in confectionery, bakery, dairy products, meat, fish and fine food uses, where its gel-building ability provides the required texture and mouth-feel.
  • Bio-Agar / Organic Agar-Agar extends Norevo's Agar-range to all applications in organic certified foodstuffs with a similar functionality as stated above.
